- Dietary strategies to reduce inflammation which often causes pain
- Chinese medicine perspective on how pain works through the energy meridians
- Acupressure points you can use yourself at home to relieve pain
- Movement to prevent and treat pain
- How inflammation arises in the first place
- Supplemental medicine we can use to treat pain and inflammation safely (and in conjunction with medicine if needed)
