Women’s Self-Defense Class Description
Learn how to protect yourself with practical, effective self-defense strategies in this Women’s Self-Defense Seminar. This class is designed for ages 12 and up, including those with mobility challenges. In 90 minutes, you’ll learn how to recognize danger, respond with confidence, and apply techniques that work in real-world situations. You’ll also gain insight into Illinois self-defense laws and have the chance to ask questions in a supportive, hands-on environment. Led by Adam Bockler, a black belt in multiple martial arts, this seminar is all about helping teenage and adult women feel stronger, safer, and more prepared.

Cost: $20 per person.
