Chef's Table Dinner - July

Join CCK for a night of "relaxed fine dining"! This limited dinner seating features a multi-course chef's tasting menu prepared right before you as you sit front row with experienced professional chefs creating the evenings dishes!

Menus are seasonal and rarely repeat ensuring a unique and fresh experience for every guest. All allergies and dietary restrictions are accommodated to the best of our ability with sufficient notice.

This is a dinner service with some demonstration throughout.

With this dinner being held on the weekend of Bastille Day in France, we are creating a lovely French feast for you to indulge in with our chefs!

1 - Summer Tomato Salad w/ vine ripe tomato sorbet w/ crispy garlic tuile

2 - "Fish 'n' Chips" - Pan seared red fish filet served atop a palette d'ail doux

3 - Quail & Fig - Grilled Quail with quick pickled summer beets & green apple salad

4 - Lemon Sabayon Pine Nut Tart
