Are preoccupied with food, body image, or comparison
Want to talk to people who get it—without judgment
Are ready for recovery and want support along the way
Are ready to feel more confident, grounded, and connected

✨ What You’ll Get:
Weekly 90-minute support group (8 weeks-including 2 parent sessions at the start and end of the group)
Psychoeducation, self-reflection, coping tools, & SMART goals
A safe space for honesty, healing, and progress—no perfection required
