Phoenix/Gilbert Event- Strong Together Self-Defense Class for the Mamas

This will be a safe, supportive, and fun environment where moms can connect, learn, and leave feeling stronger and more empowered. No prior experience is needed!

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing. During the seminar, participants will learn:

• Simple, effective self-defense techniques anyone can use

• How to increase awareness and avoid unsafe situations

• Confidence-building strategies for personal and family safety
