New Moon Energy Integration: Reiki + Sound

Everyone is sensitive to energy whether we are aware of it or not. The New Moon is known to be a time of introspection, intention setting and welcoming the new energy that we're calling in. Often times, our lived individual and collective experiences will show us where we can come into more alignment with the path we're meant to be on. This New Moon Gathering is intended help ease the growing pains, create a safe space to surrender, receive clarity, open your heart, call in your intention and integrate, ground the change into the body, physically, emotionally and energetically.

This gathering is a collaboration between Therese & one or two Reiki practitioners from her Reiki lineage(details TBA). Therese offers guided meditation & sound. As you lay, immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other beautiful healing instruments, and drifting into a state of deep relaxation, the Reiki practitioner will spend time offering Reiki to each participant. What to Expect: A peaceful and sacred space where you can surrender to the healing energies of the session. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and mind.

Takeaways: Feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and aligned. Leave with a sense of clarity, emotional release, and an empowered connection to your inner self.

Please arrive a few early, mingle, enjoy a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card or two. The experience is 45-55 minutes long plus time for connection and sharing before and after. All are welcome!

Dress comfortably! Yoga mat, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything else you need to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (for example an additional blanket, pillow, or eye cover). There is a futon available for anyone who could benefit.
