My Mindset Classes for Kids help children understand their emotions, manage big feelings, and build confidence through simple, practical tools they can actually use. We talk about what’s happening in their brain, how thoughts affect behavior, and how to make better choices when things feel hard — especially during transitions like homeschooling.
