About Me

Hi! I'm Elysia ☺️ and I'm so glad you're here! I'm an 🌵 AZ native and love all things yoga 🧘‍♀️ and plants 🪴.

I left the corporate world in 2024 after experiencing severe burnout and began my healing journey in the realm of yoga. I found relief every time I met myself on the mat for consistent breathwork, movement, and meditation. I found growth as I tended to and cared for my houseplants 🌱 alongside myself. After completing my yoga teacher training at Arizona Yoga Academy, I made it my mission to share the practices I had learned with others in pursuit of our collective healing.

These days you can find me teaching yoga, watering my plants, or learning something new to share with my students and community. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature, and expressing myself ✨ creatively.
