Hope Grows Here

Join us April 21-26, 2025 for a seminar on overcoming mental health challenges and addictions. The seminar will cover topics such as self-care, understanding mental health, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, the neurology of the body and addictions, and wiring our brain. The seminar will be led by James LaLonde, a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. Private counseling sessions will also be available. The seminar will take place at the Pickleball Clubhouse located at 2050 Merritt Ave. (behind Cactus Annie's) in Merritt, BC.
