Twin Speed Elite’s 3-Day Speed Clinics

Twin Speed Elite presents: 3-Day Speed Clinics led by Coach Mike

Join us for two back-to-back weekends of hands-on speed coaching designed for athletes of all ages—from elementary through college. These clinics will focus on acceleration, sprint mechanics, top-end speed, and game-speed development, all catered to all sports.

Attendees will receive Twin Speed Elite merchandise. What’s a clinic without a little friendly competition? Awards and gifts will be given to competition winners.

Each session includes hands-on instruction, sprint-specific drills, resistance work, and video breakdown to help athletes improve their speed, running mechanics, and explosive performance.

Clinic Dates:

Session 1: August 8–10

Session 2: August 15–17

Times:

Fridays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Location: Merrimack High School Track

38 McElwain Street, Merrimack, NH 03054

Cost: $25 per athlete per session (covers all three days)

-Payment is required to reserve a slot. No walk-ins. Spots are limited!

Open To: All athletes – elementary through college (catered to all sports)
