If you only engage in spiritual / personal practices one day per year... the summer solstice is said to be the most important day to do so.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or other soft padding), blanket, pillow, eye-mask, water bottle and whatever else you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Doors close at 7pm.
