Allow yourself to fully unwind in this deeply immersive Restorative Healing Sound Bath with Laura Degelmann, Certified Sound Healer and founder of Soul-full Notes Sound Healing. This soul-soothing session invites you to experience the powerful effects of sound and vibration as a pathway to emotional balance, energetic alignment, and deep inner peace.

We begin with a gentle, guided meditation to quiet the mind and ground the body. From there, you’ll be enveloped in a tapestry of healing tones created by crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other vibrational instruments—all tuned to harmonize your body’s natural frequencies and promote holistic well-being.

In this sound bath experience, you will:

• Gently release tension, stress, and energetic blockages
• Rebalance your nervous system and deepen your sense of calm
• Open space for emotional healing, clarity, and inner peace
• Enhance your body’s natural ability to restore itself on every level

This session is suitable for all levels of experience. Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any items to help you feel cozy and supported as you relax into the soundscape.
