Mantra Chanting Circle: A Gathering of Sound and Spirit

$20/90 minutes Join us for a deeply nourishing and meditative gathering where we explore the power of sacred sound through mantra chanting. In this uplifting class, we’ll come together in community to chant a variety of traditional mantras that calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken the spirit. Whether you’re new to chanting or have a long-standing practice, you are welcome in this circle.

Together, we’ll create a vibrational field of healing, peace, and connection. Through the repetition of sacred sounds, we can align with our highest intentions and experience the profound stillness and resonance that mantras can offer. Some of the mantras we may explore include: Om Mani Padme Hum – A Tibetan mantra invoking compassion and the awakening of the heart Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu – A Sanskrit prayer for peace, freedom, and happiness for all beings So Hum – A powerful breath-aligned mantra meaning “I am that” Om Shanti Shanti Shanti – A mantra for inner and outer peace Gayatri Mantra – An ancient Vedic chant for wisdom, clarity, and enlightenment No singing experience is necessary—just bring your voice, your presence, and an open heart.
