In this workshop we will work on and go over your vomitron/tornado spin. We will highlight entries & exits & how to pick up speed in your vomitron. I will also be teaching a quick beginner combo including the vomitron for you to work on at home! This is a beginner friendly class & a beginner friendly move so beginners are highly recommended and welcomed!
Prerequisites: Pole sit ( recommended not needed )
Must be comfortable with fast speed
