Get ready for some serious Southern comfort food—This Friday, starting at 4pm (when we open) Southern Roots Food Truck is rolling into Gnosis Brewing for the first time, and they’re bringing the flavor with them. This isn’t just BBQ—it’s slow-smoked, soul-warming goodness. Think tender pulled pork piled high and rich, savory sides. And don’t sleep on their Pork Parfait—a hearty, layered masterpiece of baked beans, mac-n-cheese, pulled pork, loaded potato casserole, smoked sausage, and a crumbled cornbread topping, then drizzled with BBQ sauce. It’s as bold and satisfying as it sounds. Perfect food to pair with a cold pour of your favorite Gnosis beer. We look forward to seeing you this weekend.
