Day 1 – Tuesday, February 3, 2026
ELDT HAZMAT Endorsement Training
This session is required for members who are seeking to obtain a Hazardous Materials (H) Endorsement on their CDL. Successful completion satisfies the federal Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirement and prepares you for the Indiana BMV HazMat knowledge exam.
Day 2 – Wednesday, February 4, 2026
DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation & Security Awareness Training
This course provides the DOT-required hazmat transportation safety and security awareness training for workers involved in the handling and transport of hazardous materials.

Who Should Attend
• Members seeking a HazMat endorsement - Attend BOTH February 3rd & 4th
• Members who already hold a HazMat endorsement but have not completed refresher training within the last 3 years - Attend February 4th only.

Important Requirement for New HazMat Endorsements
Drivers applying for a HazMat endorsement must complete a TSA Security Threat Assessment, which includes fingerprinting and a federal background check.
• Fee: $86.50 (paid directly to TSA)
• This process will be addressed during your time in class.
