TRAIL WORK TUESDAY

Unfortunately I was unable to make it last week but Ken tells me that 5 intrepid folks turned up to enjoy the good weather and cleaned up the Blue trail.

This week we will be working on bolstering the soil erosion prevention measures at the trailhead that we implemented last Fall. We will restore any damage from the past year, clear out the drains and where necessary dig new drains. The weather forecast continues to be dry but warm so we should be able to get a lot done.

Where: Hamlyn Forest trailhead parking at 9:00

Tools: Shovels, spades, rakes, pick axe, buckets or small wheelbarrows
