September Lunch & Learn: Intro to Tai Chi & Qigong for Wellness & Inner Peace with Reikibliss NH

Dianne Mros, M.Ed, Reiki Master, and Tai Chi/Mindfulness Instructor, of Reikibliss NH will present Golden View's free September Lunch and Learn program Intro to Tai Chi and Qigong for Wellness and Inner Peace on Thursday, September 18th, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Woodland Community Room located in Golden View's Retreat building.

This program will explore the definitions and health benefits of tai chi/qigong, utilizing breathwork for wellness, and exercise examples. Registration is required by filling out the form at https://goldenview.org/events-and-education/lunch-learn or by calling Becky McKeown at 603-677-4194.

Golden View’s Lunch and Learn programs are free and open to the public, and lunch is provided for all registered attendees.
