Navigating Boundaries - A Free Disability Friendly Peer Event

In this month’s peer group session, Navigating Boundaries, we’ll dive into the importance of setting healthy personal boundaries in everyday life. Through a fun and interactive “Yes, No, Maybe” activity, participants will reflect on what they’re comfortable with, where they draw the line, and how to express those limits confidently.

The LTDL Peer Support Group is a peer-to-peer group that discusses a range of topics allowing you to look through the lenses of individuals living with disabilities. PCIL creates a safe and welcoming space for community members to gather to provide the opportunity to form meaningful relationships, offer support and guidance, as well as allowing you to share life experiences with others. Through conversation and activities, you will be able to apply newly learned skills to your daily living and strive to pay it forward.
