Paint & Create Beached Boat 16 x 20
I’ve taught this painting a few times but it has been awhile, and everyone always does such a great job with it! It’s not difficult, but because we’ll be working on a larger 16" x 20" canvas, it will take a little longer than some of our other projects—so please plan to arrive on time or even a bit early.
I’ll guide you step-by-step, showing each stage on the big screens while also painting alongside you at the easel in the beginning. You’ll find it’s easier than you think when we break it down together. My goal is to get you excited about art while sharing a fun, creative evening with friends or family.
My studio has two large-screen TVs so you can clearly see each step. This frees me up to walk around the room, offer tips, and demonstrate techniques directly on canvas if needed. The workshop paintings are simply examples—you’re encouraged to make yours unique!
Doors open 30 minutes before class so you can get settled and mingle. All paint, canvas, coffee, drinks, and snacks are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages (including wine or beer) to share.
