Vinyasa Yoga Training: Mini-Training for Teaching & Practicing Vinyasa Yoga - Continuing Education

For yoga teachers and those curious about Vinyasa. Training will be rigorous, so vinyasa experience is required.

We will cover how to teach, assist & cue:
Surya A & B Sequences
Sequencing mindfully & creatively, including peak asana style
Explore a full mandala of asanas
How to modify for mixed level classes
Theme & Music Options

9:30 Vinyasa class included on 7/20
Meetings are 7/20 9:30-4pm & 8/17 9:30-2:30pm

CE Certificate included for YA for $20 fee
