Beginner Yoga at The Wild Nurturer with Aleena

Curious about yoga but worried you’re not “good” enough or flexible enough?

No worries—this class is for everyone! We’ll guide you through what you need to know, meeting you exactly where you're at. This isn't a high-intensity, hot yoga workout—this is CLASSIC yoga, where you'll learn the fundamentals of postures, breathing, and relaxation.

Yoga isn’t about being perfect—it’s about releasing stress, easing tension, and building strength and confidence in your body.

Just bring a mat, and we’ll take care of the rest!
