Aromatherapy & Yoga: Gentle, Restorative & Deep Stretch Yoga to Relax & Release Summer Series

Want to immerse yourself in a full treat this summer? No yoga experience is needed to explore gentle yoga postures, aromatherapy, and breathing with an experienced yoga therapist & aromatherapist!

This class will use the styles of gentler hatha yoga and restorative yoga paired with aromatherapy to help balance your mind, mood, and overall well-being. Class will be slower paced, and suitable for all levels of practitioners, including beginners and those needing a gentler yoga class. We will do a variety of seated postures, some standing,g and some restorative style postures for variety in the body so you can begin your day with ease and grace. Jennifer is certified in Clinical/Holistic Aromatherapy.
