Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest in Mentone!

The Community Walking Trail becomes an Art Exhibit on Saturday, Aug 30!
Registered participants have a chance to win cash prizes in these categories:
Adult: Best in Show Youth: Best in Show Team: Best in Show
​People's Choice Award

Artists check-in begins at 7:00 a.m.
Artists should finish by 1 pm for Judging (keep chalking if your just in it for the FUN!)
Awards will be announced at 2:30pm
LRAC will provide: Colored sidewalk chalk and bottled water
Come prepared with ideas of what you’d like to create :)
Each individual or family will have approx. 10’ space on the path.
​The path is about 4’ wide.​
Suggested supplies to bring: broom, pillow, blanket or cardboard for sitting, knee pads, tarp or clear plastic to cover art in case of rain
