About the event

Poetry Lovers

April is National Poetry Month, and you’re invited to celebrate with the Moon Lake Poetry Club on April 3 at 4. They will meet the first Thursday each month from 4 to 5 PM.

The April meeting will be about about ekphrastic poetry. which is poetry that describes a work of art, such as “Ode on a Grecian Urn” by John Keats. Attendees are encouraged to bring an example to share. The link above has other examples of ekphrastic poetry.
