🇫🇷 une journée reconnection à l'essentiel. On respirera du grand air pur, on mangera bio, on aura de belles pratiques. Et surtout vous pourrez chacun fabriquer votre propre tisane selon vos besoins avec l'aide de Jessica, herboriste, et les plantes bios de la ferme. On partagera un bon pique nique vegetarien tout bio aussi, vous repartirez requinqué.e.s pour entamer la 2eme moitié de l'année.
🇬🇧 a day to reconnect to what really matters. We will breathe fresh air, practice yoga, and eat organic vegetarian food straight from the farm. You will also create your very own herbal tea depending on what you need with the help of Jessica, herbalist, and the organic plants of the farm.
You will leave reenergized and ready for the second half of the year.
