The Joy Of Birding

Learn about the number one recreational activity in the United States: Birding!

It's an activity enjoyed by 50 million people, and it's a wonderful past time for both beginners and experts. This presentation engages you with beautiful images and the sounds of local birds. Specific birds to our area will be highlighted and tips will be shared about how you can encourage and assist these birds to visit your own backyard. You'll even get the chance to visit with a live owl! Presented by Schlitz Audubon Nature Center.

Accessibility

This event will be held in the Community Room at Menomonee Falls Public Library, W156 N8436 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

The Library has a variety of accessible parking spots located near the Library's entrance. We have a limited number of wheeled walkers and wheelchairs available inside the Library.

The Community Room is located on the first floor of the Library. This space is ADA accessible and is equipped with a hearing loop assistive listening system.

Enter the Library through the automatic doors, then turn right and head towards the Community Room hallway.
