Overview: Are you tired of pouring from an empty cup? This session is for the givers, the sensitive, and the recovering people-pleasers ready to root into sacred self-protection. Through guided breathwork, somatic boundary practices, and deep nervous system repair, this class teaches you how to say no—lovingly and without guilt. Learn to regulate your energy field, honor your capacity, and return to the safety of your own inner sanctuary.
Practices & Offerings:
- Somatic Consent Check-ins to practice honoring your own “yes” and “no”
- Weighted grounding + aura-clearing rituals to energetically reset your boundaries
- Coherent breath cycles (longer exhales to activate calm & detachment)
- Imagery-based breathwork for protective shielding and sovereignty
- Humming + heart-based practices to soothe the inner caretaker
- Reflective journaling on worth, capacity, and trust

It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you! Breathwork can create profound transformation from the inside out in all areas of our life when practiced regularly. As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!
All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
