Since their beginning in 2001, Rudy Colombini & The Unauthorized Rolling Stones have brought the excitement, energy, and all the hits of a live Rolling Stones show to stages across the country. Their show holds in reverence many legends of the classic rock years while maintaining their Rolling Stones core.
Colombini’s staggering, Jaggeresque showmanship is hands down the best salute to Mick. Colombini, who has seen the Rolling Stones live 20 times said. “It’s been a deep drill into little nuances and movement. Frankly, it’s nearly impossible to find a better mentor than Mick Jagger for a performer. He’s an incredible entity.” “It’s a big show,” Colombini added, “A real Rock and Roll event.”

Sonoma-based Strange Daze band is a 5-piece band dedicated to playing accurate renditions of the music of The Doors. They play all of the hits and a number of deep cuts and B-sides from the six Doors albums that were recorded between 1966 and 1971.
Vocalist Max Schimm fronts the band as the voice and character of Jim Morrison. Max’s voice, demeanor, movements and animal energy are all very reminiscent of how The Doors were recording and performing during the late 60’s, and his appeal as the band’s front man has won the hearts of fans near and far. Backing Max is a deft band, including: Bruce Gordon- keyboards, Jason Krist- guitar, Michael Gay- drums, and John Arntz- piano bass and electric bass. The band loves to pay attention to the small details of the songs they play to make them sound “just like the record”.
Come re-live or experience anew the raw energy and talent of this band as they weave elements of classical music and jazz into the psychedelic rock-and-roll from that bygone era when the Lizard King, Jim Morrison himself, stalked the stage.
