Held under the powerful full moon, this evening at Udara’s Lotus Temple invites you to gently unravel the layers of tension, thought, and effort. Through the slow, grounding practice of Yin Yoga, your body is more receptive and ready to let go.

Guided by Group Theta Frequencies, you'll be supported in accessing deep meditative brainwave states, where emotional healing and inner alignment naturally unfold.

All of this is supported with intuitive music by Hanna Hereandnow — a blend of soulful vocals, soothing guitar & healing sounds, that speak directly to your nervous system, your heart, and your energy field.

Surrendering to the natural rhythm of your breath and the greater cosmic flow this evening invites you to release the layers that no longer serve you.
