16.00-18.00
at Udara, Bali
with AVA
Did you know your adult triggers, fears, or repeating patterns often come from a younger version of you that never felt fully seen, safe, or supported?
Even if you had a beautiful childhood, small moments of unmet needs, misunderstanding, or overwhelm can create deep beliefs about your worth—and those stories still run your life.
In this powerful, experiential 2-hour workshop, we’ll reconnect with the five key stages of your inner child, learn to meet those unmet needs, and bring radical self-compassion to the parts of you still seeking safety, love, and expression.
This isn’t just about "healing the past”—it’s about creating freedom in your present, so you can live with more play, purpose, and ease.
You'll walk away with:
✨ A clearer understanding of your recurring triggers and how they link to childhood needs
✨ Tangible tools for nurturing your inner child in real-time
✨ A deeper sense of self-compassion and emotional resilience
✨ The ability to stop unconscious inner tantrums and self-sabotage
✨ An empowered relationship with your self-worth and boundaries
What to Expect:
This is a deeply experiential, heart-centered workshop designed to reconnect you with your inner child and create space for emotional freedom. You’ll be guided through:
✨ Inner Child Dialoguing — Writing letters to your younger self to offer understanding, validation, and love (you’ll have prompts to support this process)
✨ Self-Soothing & Reparenting Tools — Simple practices you can use daily to meet your unmet childhood needs, calm your nervous system, and create internal safety (think grounding touch, gentle affirmations, and emotional boundaries)
✨ Inner Child Visualization — A guided journey to meet the younger you, nurture them, and create a safe, loving internal relationship
✨ Group Sharing (Optional) — A supportive space to share reflections, insights, or emotions, with full permission to participate at your own pace
✨ Integration & Closing Ritual — Gently grounding the experience so you leave feeling empowered, compassionate, and more connected to yourself
Please bring:
• A journal and pen
• Comfortable clothing
• An open heart and permission to meet yourself gently
If you’ve experienced serious childhood trauma or abuse, please connect with the facilitator beforehand to ensure this space feels supportive.
