We’re excited to welcome back 7th Dan Senior Chief Master Marshall Parnell for a full weekend of training!
Master Parnell will be opening in closing each day with full group training sessions. From basics to fitness, as well as gyukgums and cutting, you’ll come away feeling your body, mind, and will aligned for success.
Attendees will also have a chance to work in small groups with Master Parnell to get personalized coaching. Think ahead of time what questions you have, or just dive into your current highest form for feedback.
During the small group breakout session, Master Shirk will lead sessions on techniques for enhancing sword performances - for testing, competition, or demonstration - and on how to remix forms to put together an original performance.
