Shamrock Stretch and Rainbow Calm

Join Blossom and Balance Yoga with Wheeler OT and Treehouse PT for a great combined event. This event is for ages 3 to 6 years old. We will start with a 40 minute yoga class that will introduce your child to mindfulness, deep breathing, yoga, and yoga games. Then we will engage in a fun St. Patrick’s Day themed sensory friendly craft.
