Come join us for a fun, delicious afternoon in a retreat-like space celebrating the wild women in all of us! Indulge in a variety of artisanal cheeses, vegetables, meats, fruits, and more at our charcuterie board event. Connect with like-minded women, enjoy good food, and discover flavorful ways to support your gut health. Take away your own charcuterie board, recipes and simple board ideas. Let's gather, graze, and grow together at this in-person event.

What to expect:

Upon arrival, enjoy a gut-loving apertif lakeside and meet event leaders and fellow participants. We will then move into the kitchen for a charcuterie workshop where you will be instructed by professional chef and culinary gardener Jenn Ponder (bllculinarygardens.com) how to create and build your own delicious board or collaborate with a friend. Boards will highlight gut-healthy foods including local cheeses and meats along with creative herbs and dips.

While we are enjoying our boards, women's restorative wellness counselor Amy Rind (womanminded.com) will discuss how many health issues often begin in the gut. Leave with simple tips to support a vital gut microbiome.
