We are lucky to have Karen and Brad bring their instruments and good vibes to the studio on a regular basis!
Gong meditation sessions are immersive sound healing experiences that use the powerful vibrations of gongs and other instruments, including drum, to guide participants into deep relaxation and inner stillness. During a session, participants typically lie down comfortably while Karen and Brad play a carefully crafted flow, allowing sound waves to wash over the body and mind.
Sound healing through gong meditation can help reduce stress, promote better sleep, balance energy, and support emotional release. The rich tones and resonant frequencies of the gongs and complementary instruments encourage a meditative state, helping to quiet mental chatter, restore clarity, and enhance a sense of overall well-being. Many people report feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply refreshed after a session.
We have blankets and bolsters at the studio, but please bring anything else that will help you support the body (pillow, blanket, yoga mat or pad.).
