Set In Motion is a community movement series focused on freedom, exploration, and getting back into your body. In 2026, we’re choosing to move — mentally and physically.

This series is about trying new fitness, sport, and wellness experiences in a fun, relaxed group setting. No pressure. No expectations. Just movement, good energy, and community.

We’re kicking things off with a beginner-friendly pole dance class focused on movement, strength, and confidence. You’ll learn basic pole techniques, simple spins, and floor work, all guided step-by-step in a supportive environment. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s exploration, self-expression, and having fun while moving your body in a new way.

No experience required. Just come ready to try something different.
