Speaker: Dr. Jim Beaty, Chair of Orthopedic Surgery, UT-Campbell Clinic
Dr. Jim Beaty has spent his career caring for the smallest patients with the biggest needs. A leader in pediatric orthopaedics, he has served as Chief of Staff at Campbell Clinic, Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery at the UT–Campbell Clinic, and president of national organizations like the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. A native of Tennessee, Dr. Beaty has become a fixture in the Memphis medical community, known for his steady leadership and heart for service. He’s helped shape the next generation of surgeons through teaching, research, and editing landmark textbooks in his field. His legacy is felt well beyond the operating room—in the lives of children restored to health and the community he continues to serve with skill, generosity, and faith.

LOCATION: Seabrook Hall.
RESERVATIONS: No reservations are required for either the program or the lunch.
COST: There is no charge for the lunch, although we welcome a donation of $8.
LUNCH: Box lunches consist of a sandwich, chips, cookie, and beverage.
PARKING: Handicapped parking is located in the lots in front of the church on the Poplar side with additional handicapped parking next to the Rogers Center (directly east of the playground).
