University of Memphis Homecoming Roar Fest Block Party
Friday, Oct. 24 | 6-8 PM | Luther C. McClellan Alumni Mall
Celebrate Homecoming at the University of Memphis with the free Roar Fest Block Party.
This family-friendly event will feature live music, food trucks, special guest appearances, and a spirited pep rally with performances by the Mighty Sound of the South, Pouncer and the Memphis Spirit Squad. At 6:30 p.m., SoundFuzion will take the stage with a high-energy performance that blends rock, blues, pop, and Memphis-made music. Families are invited to enjoy the Family Fun Zone, complete with bounce houses and inflatables, making it the perfect evening for Tiger fans of all ages.

Whether you are a local or from outside the Mid-South, we welcome all Tiger families to participate in the annual UofM Parent & Family Weekend. This signature University-wide event, held in the fall, is a great opportunity to spend time with your student, connect with the UofM, and experience life as a Tiger! Cheer on your Memphis Tigers as they take on nationally ranked conference opponent South Florida!
Join us on Tiger Lane for a full day of Tiger Tailgate presented by Marriott Bonvoy and the University of Memphis Alumni Association. Fans can enjoy inflatables, music, and family-friendly activities beginning three hours before kickoff. Don’t miss Tiger Walk, where you can cheer the team into the stadium alongside the Mighty Sound of the South and Memphis Spirit Squads, taking place two-and-a-half hours before kickoff.
