🌲 Meet Evergreen Red IPA, a tribute to CBC’s roots and the neighborhood where we first started brewing.

This beer is a recreation of one of Clark’s original homebrew recipes from his backyard in the Evergreen neighborhood, a brew that was almost chosen as one of our initial launch beers. A true throwback to the very beginning.

🎶 Gritty City Bang Bang: 6–9 PM

This deep red 6.5 ABV IPA balances caramel malt richness with a punch of Amarillo and Centennial hops. Citrus-forward aroma, hints of pine, and a crisp, resin-kissed finish make this a bold yet easy-drinking standout.
