🌬 Breath is the Brush

The breath becomes the tool we paint with. Each inhale and exhale is like a stroke on the canvas steady, present, and intentional. Angelita will guide participants through breathing exercises that channel inner rhythms into movement on paper. By syncing breath to brush, guests will “paint blooms” that reflect their own internal flow, turning something invisible into a visible form of expression.

🎶 Sound is the Guide

Sound carries us where breath alone cannot. Authentic Soul Couch will open with grounding breathwork layered with poetic affirmations, creating a soundscape that holds the group together. The vibrations of the voice, the cadence of words, and the resonance of silence all serve as a compass guiding participants inward, reminding them of balance, and helping them translate feeling into form.

🎨 Color is the Story

Color becomes the narrative of the soul. Breathe with Bre will invite the community into conversation about the chakras the body’s energy centers and their colors. Each hue is a storyteller: red for grounding, green for love, blue for truth, violet for spirit. As participants paint, their color choices naturally reveal their inner journey. Together, these colors weave a collective story of renewal, resilience, and blooming.
