Join Libby and me for a morning of yoga and sound healing.
The morning begins with relaxation to unwind from your week and settle into the moment. While you are relaxing we will come around and give a Marma point forehead massage to help clear the mind and release stress.
This will then be followed by some time spent with the breath to cultivate deeper breathing, breath awareness and connection.� Then moving through a sequence of yin yoga poses. Yin yoga is a slow, quiet, floor-based practice that encourages the flow of chi (energy) and promotes wellness from within. The practice improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and relieves tension. It encourages you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, helping to alleviate stress and restore balance within.
At the end of the first half we will then have a short 5-minute break.
To conclude the last hour of the session, Libby will take you on a journey of sound. You will relax into the magical sound healing frequencies of the Earth Drum, Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, and the beautiful Air Gong, helping you to deeply relax, unwind and flow into the rest of your weekend with ease and calm.
