Restorative Yoga & Festive Wreath Making

This slow December afternoon is an invitation to step away from the hustle and bustle of the festive season.

Restorative yoga isn’t about breaking a sweat; it’s about letting go, slowing down, and turning inward. Together, we’ll gently move through supported poses, connecting to the breath and sinking into the comfort of cushions, bolsters, and blocks. Soft, soothing music will fill the room as I guide you through the practice, finishing with yoga Nidra, leaving you deeply rested and immersed in a sense of complete wellbeing.

After yoga, we’ll gather for festive sweet treats and a glass of mulled wine (non-alcoholic option available too). Then, the wonderfully talented Chelsey will guide us in creating our own festive wreaths. The tables will be overflowing with fresh pine, eucalyptus, holly, berries, and ribbons, ready to be shaped into your own festive masterpiece to take home.

It’s the perfect way to pause, create, and soak in the magic of the season.
