About the event

Lunging Workshop

Thursday 26th June. 10-12.30 LE14

You do not need to bring your own horse!

This will be a tutorial-demonstration where we will discuss technique, body language and problem solving.

We will look at 3 very different horses and look at their strengths and weaknesses and how we can improve them.

We will look at how we can solve common postural and training issues without the use of gadgets.

We will learn to recognise the function of different muscle groups and start to identify which muscles are overworking and which are underworking.

More than happy to answer all of your questions to see if I can help you in your own personal journey.
