About the event

Introduction to Open Water Swimming

We have delivered our Introduction to Open Water Swimming session to hundreds of swimmers. Led by our British Triathlon qualified coaches this course is to give you the confidence to start your open water journey. The course involves correct fitting of your wetsuit, acclimatization in the water, breathing and relaxation techniques, swimming in a group and more.
Although not essential we do recommend wearing a wetsuit for this session. If you do not have one we have some available to hire at £7 a session. Please check the size guide on www.zone3.com and email us your requirements to to ensure we have your size before booking your place on the course.
