Reiki Infused Sound Bath to Connect to Your Inner Child

Join Jane of Sacred Journey Sound and receive the healing energy of a reiki infused sound bath. Allow the magical vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, rain stick, tongue drum and chimes to melt away doubt and fear and help you connect to the essence of your inner child.

This sound bath meditation will help you relax and open to the magick of possibility as you surrender to the frequencies of these sound healing instruments. Sound baths are proven to have many healing benefits including:

We'll start with some breathing exercises and a soothing meditation to help you relax and be fully receptive to the healing effects of these beautiful instruments.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible (i.e. eye mask, pillow, bolster for knees or lower back, blanket). **Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals that have pacemakers, implanted devices, epilepsy or women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
