About the Band: Free Raisins
Hailing from Boston, San Diego, and Vermont, Free Raisins blend New England roots with a modern groove to deliver music that is lively, intricate, accessible, and irresistibly danceable.
The ensemble features:
Audrey Knuth — fiddle
Jeff Kaufman — mandolin, percussive footwork (“feet”)

With their mix of traditional roots and creative flair, they are a favorite in the contra dance community for keeping energy high while supporting clever phrasing and danceable tunes.
