Check Ins
Check in on Saturday June 28th will begin at 7:30am. The first round will begin at 8AM and at the conclusion of Round 1 there will be a 1 hour lunch. The Final round will begin between 1:00-2:00pm.
Pro divisions will be awarded cash payout
Amateur divisions will be awarded prize payout.
Divisions Must have 3 players to make a division.
There will be no trophies for this event.

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2025
If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to
SW5mbyB8IHJlcGxheXNwb3J0c2dlYXIgISBjb20=. Cancellations more than 10 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 8 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2025 season, it may change for specific events.
OFFICIAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If poor weather/road conditions are present, modifications to the tournament may be taking place, (an example would be eliminating the morning round and playing the afternoon round only). Additionally, if conditions are challenging the event, we will look to reschedule the tournament. In accordance with PDGA Rule 1.07, if rescheduling is impossible and/or players are unable to participate, a full refund will be issued minus player’s package, PDGA, and other associated event fees.
Ultimately player safety is paramount.
