Too often, we operate in "fight or flight" mode, neglecting the care and attention our bodies need to return to balance. We all deserve rest, relaxation, and self-care.
Join facilitator Tameko Kezama for an evening of self-love and pure bliss. This session will guide you through calming breathwork, gentle yoga movements, and a soothing meditation to clear your mind and release built-up tension.
