Rock N' Flow

Flow with the grooves performed live by one of our local area's talented musicians. Good vibes for everyone! This is an All Levels class that offers progressions/modifications to be suitable for everyBODY. Please bring a mat and water.
*Cost is $25 and includes a $5 tip for the musician.
