Milly Joel

Some bands form in garages, others in studios. Milly Joel was born in an Irish bar. When two solo artists were accidentally double-booked for the same gig, instead of deciding who would play and who would go home, they shared the stage. From that night on, they’ve been playing together ever since.

Milly Joel is a Melbourne based folk-pop duo that thrives on live performance, rich harmonies, and high energy acoustic instrumentation. Natural, unpolished, and deeply rooted in the energy of a real performance.

Milly Joel has become a staple in Melbourne’s music scene yet individually the boys have built impressive careers. One member (Joel) has performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, while the other (Jack) has toured across multiple countries and states. Together, they’ve created something that stands out: a duo that isn’t just making music, but living it, every waking moment.
